Cultural and Child Safety Commitment Statement
Twistarz Gymnastics Academy is strongly committed to the safety, wellbeing, and empowerment of all children and young people accessing our programs and services. We support their rights and will act immediately to ensure an environment is maintained where all participants feel safe, respected, valued, and empowered.

Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy
Twistarz Gymnastics Academy promotes and maintains a culture that does not tolerate child abuse, neglect, or exploitation. This policy establishes Twistarz Gymnastics Academy’s expectations of all staff and volunteers to provide a safe environment for children and sets out our approach to managing risk to children and young people arising through the day-to-day work of Twistarz Gymnastics Academy.

Complaints Handling Policy
Twistarz Gymnastics Academy recognises its’ legal responsibilities regarding harassment and discrimination and moral obligations in ensuring appropriate behaviour and providing safe sporting environments.
Twistarz Gymnastics Academy’s Complaints Handling Policy will provide individuals with a course of action should they feel their rights are being denied.
